FOOD, FOOD, FOOD! I'm such a FARMER at heart-- even a CALF knows that so much in life is about the FOOD! (A bit of a "bio" about me can be found way down near the bottom.)

Steve and Megan's Ranch Cheddar Chicken

  INGREDIENTS:

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves; rinse and pat dry.
1/2 cup Hidden Valley original Ranch Dressing.

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Mix bread crumbs, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese.  Coat the chicken with the dressing.  Dredge ion the bread crumb mixture.
Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes.
